The Event of Organizing a Training Program on Mercury Mass Flow Development will be held on 14-16 November 2022 at Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia. This trainer training program is in collaboration between the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, UNEP Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (UNEP ROAP), BCRC-SEA & SCRC Indonesia with funding from The Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
This training is a trainer training program from Mercury Mass Flow Development under the “Project for promoting the Minamata Convention on Mercury by making the most of Japan’s knowledge and experiences”.
The objective of this trainer training program is to familiarize training packages and develop local training programs by participants as organizers and/or facilitators. It introduces templates and examples for setting up a training program, and additional technical information to deepen understanding of topics. This is part of the ongoing improvement of the national mass flow of mercury and inventory development for better science-based policy making and implementation.
