The National Meeting Inventory of SCCP and DecaBDE will be held on 5 March 2021 online via the Webex platform. This meeting is a follow-up activity to the “Workshop on Updating National Implementation Plans (NIPs) under the Stockholm Convention” on 16-18 November 2020. The Basel and Stockholm Conventions Regional Center for Southeast Asia in Indonesia (BSCRC-SEA) received an assignment from the Secretariat the Stockholm Convention to implement the draft guidance inventory of Short Chain Chlorinated Paraffin (SCCP) and DecaBrominated Diphenyl Ether (DecaBDE) in Indonesia. The Stockholm Convention Secretariat would like to receive input related to the draft guidance that has been prepared prior to being presented at the Conference of Party (COP) Session. As for Indonesia, this activity can be used to support the updating of SCCP and DecaBDE inventories where Dr. Roland Weber (an expert prepared by the Stockholm Convention Secretariat) will also assist with this inventory.
