The Seminar on Environment “Waste Management for Good Sustainability of Environment in Indonesia”, 16 September 2019, Jakarta, Indonesia

An environmental seminar on “Waste and Garbage Management to Create a Sustainable Environment” was held on 16 September 2019 at the Mercantile Athletic Club, World Trade Center I in Jakarta, Indonesia. The seminar was organized by BCRC-SEA & SCRC Indonesia in collaboration with Lions Club International and supported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.

This activity aims to:
a. Increase knowledge about waste, types of waste, waste hazard, and good and correct waste management;
b. Providing care and awareness of the dangers of waste for the environment and life;
c. Providing education to the public about effective and efficient waste management as well as providing solutions and developing joint preventive actions to prevent environmental damage.
